I just want to tell you our urn arrived on Saturday. I picked it up last night from my sister and we are both in awe ... it is beautiful! Your supplier did a fantastic job, please tell them we are very happy. I could go on and on but won't - just know that we are extremely pleased and will recommend you to everyone in need of your expert services. (I was surprised by the weight - the urn is very heavy .... don't know why I xpected it to be lighter ... but that's fine too - we won't fall over!) Everything is perfect! Thank you so much.

I am glad to have met you, even if we only corresponded. John, I feel like I've known you for ever. If you need anything from us here in Boston, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I will keep you posted as to when I receive the vase. As soon as things settle down here for me I will contact my Uncle Abraham in California to have him get in touch with you, regarding my ailing grandmother who lived with him and now is in a nursing home. I hope to God it isn't her time yet.
