We want to express our sincere appreciation for the care and dignity in which Mr. John Harris, of the John M. Harris Company, assisted us in the purchase of the marker for our infant grandson. This was a very difficult time for our family, but Mr. Harris showed much concern for keeping the task to a minimum level of stress.
We could not have asked for a nicer monument. The marker, granite, and vase are perfect. When we were unsure as to the choice of granite, Mr. Harris made a suggestion of one that, when paired with the marker and vase, turned out to be even more beautiful than we had envisioned.
We can't put into words how much this company means to us. Thank you so much for your consistent and never-ending support and understanding during this trying period.

I have attached the picture of our son's memorial plaque which you worked so hard to get everything I wanted put on it, it's truly a fitting tribute to our son's life.
We couldn't be happier with the results. I know I have told you before how much we appreciated your kindness and understanding with my wanting to get my son's memorial "just right".
My husband and I both learned that people don't have to just take what the cemetery wants you to buy, but that there is a company out there who is willing to work with families to design the best bronze memorial plaque befitting the deceased loved one, at a much more reasonable and affordable price. We have both given your company name, contact number and web site to our friends and family for future use.
When people are at their most vulnerable and overcome with sadness, can be a time when it would be very easy to be taken advantage of but, never for one second, did I feel afraid of this happening even though we are clear across the country.
The side benefit of ordering from your company has been getting to know you and feeling your genuine sympathy and your concern for my satisfaction with the memorial I chose. To merely say "Thank You" feels inadequate for all you have done for me and my family.
